Elisabeth Bertin

Elisabeth was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2022 and joined the firm as an associate in February 2026. She specialises in complex civil and criminal litigation, including white-collar crime. She also advises clients in media and reputation law.

Career

Elisabeth holds a Bachelor of Law (2018) and a Master of Law (2020) from the University of Geneva. In 2020, she obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions (Advocacy).

She completed her legal traineeship at a leading Geneva law firm and was admitted to the Bar in 2022. She then practised as an associate until the end of 2024. To broaden her practical experience, she subsequently served as a law clerk at the Geneva Juvenile Court.

Elisabeth is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association.
